3 Wok OG Auto by Mephisto Genetics is a powerful Indica-dominant hybrid (65% Indica / 35% Sativa) celebrated for its classic OG Kush aroma, robust growth, impressive resin production, and deeply relaxing effects. Created by crossing Skywalker × 3 Bears OG, this F3 feminized autoflower combines the heavy-hitting potency and distinctive OG characteristics of Skywalker with the sturdy structure, vigorous growth, and earthy flavors of 3 Bears OG. The result is a compact yet productive autoflower featuring pungent earthy aromas, refreshing lemon undertones, and dense, resin-coated flowers. Originally introduced as a limited-edition freebie in 2019 and affectionately nicknamed Ewok OG by the Mephisto community, 3 Wok OG quickly developed a following for its powerful effects and exceptional flower quality.
Cultivation Profile
3 Wok OG is a beginner-friendly to intermediate-level autoflower offering vigorous growth, sturdy branching, and impressive flower production. Its predominantly Indica genetics create a bushy, thick structure, while the Skywalker influence contributes additional height and stretching compared with the typically shorter 3 Bears OG. This combination makes 3 Wok OG an attractive option for indoor growers seeking premium-quality OG flowers without the lengthy flowering periods associated with traditional photoperiod cultivars.
Flowering Time: Approximately 60–70 days (8.5–10 weeks) from sprout to harvest. As an autoflowering cultivar, 3 Wok OG transitions into flowering automatically without requiring a change to a 12/12 light schedule. This is its complete growing cycle, not flowering time alone.
Plant Structure: Typically grows 60–90 cm (24–35 inches) tall, developing a compact, bushy structure with thick stems, strong lateral branches, and productive flowering sites. Skywalker contributes additional vertical growth, while 3 Bears OG provides a sturdy, robust framework. Plants produce chunky, resin-coated buds with classic OG characteristics. Low-stress training (LST) can help spread the canopy, improve light penetration, and distribute flower development more evenly across the plant.
Yield Potential: Mephisto Genetics reports approximately 80–100 grams (2.8–3.5 ounces) per plant under favorable growing conditions. Its combination of productive branching, substantial flower development, and abundant trichome coverage makes it appealing to growers seeking high-quality harvests from a relatively compact autoflower. Actual yields depend on lighting, container size, environmental conditions, and cultivation techniques.
Odors: Produces a powerful, unmistakable classic OG Kush fragrance dominated by earthy, pungent aromas with refreshing hints of lemon. As flowering progresses, its aromatic profile becomes increasingly pronounced, developing rich, earthy kush characteristics with subtle citrus accents. Carbon filters are recommended for indoor grow tents because of its strong OG fragrance.
Flavor & Effects
THC Range: Mephisto Genetics does not establish a consistent, verified THC percentage for 3 Wok OG in its published strain specifications. However, the breeder describes it as a heavy-hitting Indica hybrid with powerful effects. Actual THC concentrations depend on phenotype, growing conditions, and laboratory testing.
Terpenes & Flavor: A classic combination of earthy OG Kush, fresh lemon, and pungent herbal undertones. Its flavor profile opens with a rich, earthy kush character before introducing subtle citrus brightness and a lingering traditional OG finish. The combination delivers an old-school cannabis experience that emphasizes deep, earthy flavors rather than the candy-like sweetness found in many modern hybrids. Specific dominant terpene compounds have not been established through published strain-specific laboratory testing.
The High: 3 Wok OG is known for its powerful, deeply relaxing, and potentially sedating effects. The experience is commonly described as heavy and full-bodied, gradually developing into pronounced physical relaxation and a couch-lock sensation. Its strong Indica influence makes it particularly appealing to enthusiasts seeking a calming evening experience, with the potential for sleepiness as the effects intensify. Mephisto describes its effects as couch-locking and sleep-inducing. Individual experiences vary depending on potency, consumption amount, and personal tolerance.
